Bless the LORD, O my Soul
And all that is within me, bless you His Holy name

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits. Bless the LORD, you his angels that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. Bless you the LORD, all you his hosts; you ministers of his, that do his pleasure. Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul. Ps 103. Blessed be the LORD for evermore. Amen, and Amen. Ps 89:51-53 Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Ps 106:48 Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Ps 113:2

To bless the Lord also means to give unto the Lord, and whenever we give, we receive, Bless the Lord and you will be blessed too. The Lord Jesus told us in Lk 6:38 that when we give, it shall be given back to us in good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over. God gives according what we have given to Him, so He blesses us in return.

Blessed is he who considers the Poor

Blessed is he that considers the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness. Ps 41:1-3

Giving to the Poor it is not actually giving to that poor person, if some one does it and gives to the poor he is giving to the Lord Him self.  He that hath pity upon the poor lends unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. Pr 19:17 The Word of god says; For the poor will never cease to be in the land; therefore I command you, saying, 'You shall freely open your hand to your brother, to your needy and poor in your land. Dt 15:7-11 The generous man will be prosperous, And he who waters will himself be watered. Pr 11:25

It will not only stop at this after giving to the poor, that you are blessed in the land, but it continues that when the Son of Man shall come in His glory, and all the only angels with Him, then shall He sit upon the Throne of His Glory: and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left. "Then the King will say to those on His right, 'Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 'For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me. Mat 25:33-36, so when giving do it in hope that even in heaven the reward will be given in honour of the Lord.

Giving is a key to prosperity; it is a principle of God

In Jn 3:16 the Word says; For God so Loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son Jesus, we are saved today because God loved us and gave His only Son for our life to be saved from the sinful world, not only this but we benefit a lot from it. God is talking to us in His Word, Hos 4:6, that; my people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge: because they have rejected the knowledge, I will also reject you, God continues to say; will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed me. But you say, wherein have we robbed you? In tithes and offerings. Mal 3:8-9

Ps 24:1 The earth is the LORD's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Of all what you get there is a portion for God, take it off, Pr 3:9-10, Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. God tells us, Bring you all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts. Mal 3:10-12. Bless the Lord.

About your Giving or blessing the Lord

Give unto the LORD, O you kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the glory due unto His name: bring an offering, and come into his courts. Ps 96:7-8, therefore In all things do them to the Glory of God, but also in fear and trembling that he whom you are giving is the owner of all things in the earth and heaven, He has never run bankrupt neither will He go in lack. God Himself declares, the silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of Hosts. Hag 2:8, So Has the LORD as much delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams. 1Sam 15:22, A warning show not men that you are giving or that you have given, otherwise you will have no reward from the Father which is Heaven, Jesus talks on this in Mt 6:1.

Seed and Harvest time

Sowing a seed of faith in the will of God. While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. Gen 8:22, the Word of God says, Cast your bread on the surface of the waters, for you will find it after many days, Eccl 11:1, Sow your seed in the morning and do not be idle in the evening, for you do not know whether morning or evening sowing will succeed, or whether both of them alike will be good. Eccl 11:6, so you do not know which seed will bear fruits. 1 Cor 9:6, But this I say, He which sows sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which sows bountifully shall reap also bountifully Say not that; I have no seed, Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness, 1Cor 9:10, and Sow that which is righteous in truth and in joyfulness for to him that sows righteous shall be a sure reward. Pr 11:18 That means, he shall receive a sure reward according to what he has sowed.

To the next level OF PROSPERITY

Consider your ways, saith the Lord. Hag 1:5,7 In this world few people do want to change from one level to another. But it is the will of God that you move from one level (in that comfort zone; of being given; of poverty; in poor economy; in poor health; in little understanding; in lack of knowledge; in little wisdom; in anointing, name it) to another level (of prosperity, being blessed in all things, fully anointed).

Many believers are only looking on their property, selfish at their own needs. They even have no particular reason why they need prosperity from the Lord, for they know not why they need blessing from the Lord. God is complaining about these kinds of people; in Hag 1:6,9 "You have sown much, but harvest little; you eat, but there is not enough to be satisfied; you drink, but there is not enough to become drunk; you put on clothing, but no one is warm enough; and he who earns, earns wages to put into a purse with holes." "You look for much, but behold, it comes to little; when you bring it home, I blow it away. Why?" declares the LORD of hosts, "Because of My house which lies desolate, while each of you runs to his own house. Read up to Hag 6:10-11.

Truly now many people need only blessings from the Lord, they have not considered their relationship with God. They always go to the Lord for blessings; they have fewer feelings for God, no love for God except when they are in need for the Lord to work for them, and that is when they appear in church. But now about you is the treatment you give unto your God enough, and worthy of Him, until you change your mind you have on Giving and love to God then a Blessing will come upon your life.

Your giving to the Lord, does it show a concern, honour, and respect, love you have unto God? Is your Giving the same as God gives you? So do it knowingly, I pray this that it happens in all our lives that God changes us to reach a level of giving that is due unto Him and without any waverings.

Before you ask for prosperity from the Lord, God wants to know how He will benefit from the prosperity you need from Him. Have you ever sat and thought for the Lord and His kingdom, that when God comes might look at your thoughts and the heart what it thinks of His house or even His poor, that He may bless you.

What takes your money, how many times have you ever borrowed for the work of the Lord, if you say, you have no money, You say even say why to borrow, but how comes that there is sick child or any other problem in your house, will not you borrow to solve that, but the things of God and that what is more important? So therefore spend most of your treasure on heavenly things, thus laying your treasure in heaven where no thief approaches, neither does corrupt from there. Read Lk 12:34.

Blessed is the man that fears the Lord that delights greatly in His commandments, Ps 112:1 He will bless then that fear the Lord, both small and great. The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children Ps 115:13-14. God declares; Be it far from me; for them that honour me, I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed. 1 Sam 2:30 so honour the Lord you God with thin substance.
