Who is the soul?

There is the Spirit, the Soul and the Body, Now the Soul is the first person known as the mans spirit, during the times of creation, God created He man from the ground then He breathed into his nostrils that man became a living soul, from Gen 2:7 so this soul is part from God or God given spirit of man, such that man is made to be a walking god in flesh, the Word says of this that; I said, "You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High. Ps 82:6, so we are to keep in contact with God that we may not loose our souls or life, the word said this to us in a revelation that Look to the rock from which you were hewn, And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug, read in Is 51:1, that is we are to look unto the rock, Jesus is the rock of ages from which we are hewn, and originate from. Therefore for us to keep in contact with our Father which formed us into natural being and our lives to living in this world, we must love Him that He may also love us.

To Love God with the Soul

The Love of Christ overmasters us, 2 Cor 5:14 in all things, for He is our redeemer the One in whom we are saved. We love Him, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith--the salvation of your souls1 Pet 1:8-9 you may see not Jesus, but do you love Him for the greatness of His mercy and love which He bestowed upon us.

Some speak of Love as if it can only be detected by the abundance of positive feelings But love is not merely an emotion of positive feelings, although it is often accompanied with intense feelings; a times pleasurable, and a times painful. And so the word adds on that; Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. Philp 2:2-7 He Christ the Son of God humbled Himself to be in very place of ma, and walked doings good towards all men.

Endure you in the Word of Christ, Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, because "All flesh is as grass, And all the glory of man  as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, And its flower falls away, But the word of the LORD endures forever."1 Pet 1:22-25
